No. You can view all experiences without registering. You only need to create an account when booking or saving favorites.
Go to the experience you're interested in.
Select the date and number of participants.
Enter your details and complete the payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
We accept payments by:
Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Bank transfer (for selected experiences)
Coupons and discount codes
Bizum (coming soon)
All payments are processed securely via our integrated gateway.
You can only request modifications up to the cancellation deadline of the experience
The modification must be approved by the activity manager
To do so:
Go to My Profile > My Bookings
Request modification (if enabled)
Wait for email confirmation
You can request cancellation until the activity’s allowed cutoff date
Refunds are only issued if cancellation is approved by the experience manager
Check the cancellation policy of each experience before booking.
Yes! If you have a promo or gift code, you can apply it during checkout.
Just enter it in the “Have a code?” field before payment.
Yes. You can filter by physical, sensory or cognitive accessibility. Each experience shows the available accessibility details.
All experiences are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Each listing shows which SDGs the project supports (e.g., gender equality, climate action, responsible consumption…).
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with their name and contact details for pre‑event coordination or queries.
Yes. You can download your invoice from your profile once the booking is confirmed. You’ll also receive it by email.

Not yet, but you can access it perfectly via mobile browser. A native app is in development.
